Booking & Refund Terms


Via automatically generated email invoice, you may pay by Faster Payments or BACS Bank Transfer only. Online bookings taken via the store has a pay by card option.

Due to distance selling legal requirements, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of the booking having been made either through phone call, email or online invoice or through the store.

casinohirelondon.com reserves the right to charge a non-refundable deposit of 50%, which secures the booking and covers the cost of any administration involved with that booking. If a booking, in whole, or in part, is cancelled for whatever reason within 30 days of event date, then a 100% cancellation fee will be due. We do not give refunds or issue credit notes. The booking date cannot be changed once a deposit has been paid. We suggest the Client's take out event cancellation/postponement insurance to cover any of these eventualities..

The outstanding balance will be payable 7 working days prior to any event unless the booking takes place within 30 working days, when the full amount will be due immediately.

You may, if you prefer, pay the full amount immediately on booking via invoice by BACS or Faster Payments.

All our prices quoted are inclusive of all stated equipment and croupier dealing time of up to three consecutive hours before Midnight.

Please note that the minimum booking which can be made is for the two table hire package unless otherwise agreed.

It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all booking details are correct at the point of booking.

Event Period

The period of which the event will run will be stated in the booking contract, with a standard event/games hire lasting for a maximum of 3 hours before Midnight. For events lasting over 3 hours, an additional cost per hour per table booked for the event shall be added to the standard event price. Price is dependent on the date of event.

Theming costs are for the duration of an event.

Any sub-contracted extras such as entertainment or services provided by third parties booked through Casino Hire London are not party to the above terms but will have their own terms that will be supplied in a separate contract.

Please also note that any special set up request for tables or de-rig requirement that is required more than one and a half hours before set dealing time or 30 minutes after dealing finishes will be charged at £20.00 per hour per staff member present at the event.


The cost of delivery, setup, and collection is stated according to the postcode area of the venue or set at the standard rate if within a London postcode area.

Set up times requested by the client will be checked and confirmed prior to any event. If set up is requested more than two hours from start of dealing time, there will be an additional discretionary charge applied per table. Likewise, if an event overruns and equipment cannot be de-rigged or collected until the next day. Prices for pre-contracted waiting or set up time is dependent on date of event.

It is the Client’s responsibility to check that there is parking available for delivery team vehicles, that there is legitimate access for unloading/loading of any equipment, and that the area and time when loading/unloading takes place will not incur fines or restrictions.

Additionally, if un-briefed additional costs are incurred or apply as these will be charged separately, unless already specified/included in the Client contract.


If a booking is cancelled within 30 working days from the booking date, clients are liable to pay 100% of the contract price as a cancellation fee.

Changes and amendments made to the booking within 30 working days may be liable to an administration fee of £20 per amendment.

Please be aware that the cost of casino hire, theming, extras or any equipment is not dependent on the sale of tickets for any event and there is no sale or return policy that can be applied to the booking. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to market the sales of tickets for any event and not us as the supplier.


CasinoHireLondon.com has £5,000,000 public liability insurance but stress that all participants use the equipment or take part in the activities provided at their own risk.

Participation of play at the tables has been assessed at little or no risk.

Our set up teams are fully trained with regards to Health & Safety risks. The Client must inform us of any likely risks in relation to unloading/loading/transporting of heavy goods around, to and within venues. Stairs, lifts, security and any other special requirements must be given to us before the event takes place.

Any parking fines incurred that have been given because we have not received full information or due warning will be invoiced in full to the client following completion of an event.

Loss or Damage

Loss or damage to CasinoHireLondon.com's equipment during events (other than fair wear and tear) will incur a charge in order to cover the cost for the loss or damaged caused, unless it is proved that such loss or damage caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the company.

Damage caused by wilful disregard of the given instructions of the representatives of casinohirelondon.com, or deliberate actions resulting in damage of property will be charged to the offending participant.

We suggest that clients arrange for occasional side tables to be located close to the gaming tables for the placing of drinks or food as neither food nor drink can be consumed at the gaming tables.


Any abuse, either verbal or physical, made against any member of our staff or contracted croupiers, will not be tolerated, and will result in that table/s being closed. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that this policy is adhered to and that guests behave in a fair and reasonable manner.


It is the client's responsibility to provide soft drinks for the croupiers during the dealing period.

Further Contractual Information

CasinoHireLondon reserve the right to change the games provided due to unforeseen circumstances, In the event of this, we will attempt to contact you in advance to make you aware of these changes.

In addition to this, in the event of CasinoHireLondon.com being unable to appear for any reason due to force majeure, including but not limited to: fire, flood, strike, failure of transport, illness, accident or injury, the client shall have no obligation or responsibility to CasinoHireLondon.com whatsoever, safe that CasinoHireLondon.com shall, at their discretion, return any deposit or percentage of payment (as deemed appropriate and fair) made prior to the event. On the extrememly rare occurrenceof a no-show of staff for an event, a refund will be given of up to £100.00 per no-show.
